The Valencian dermocosmetic testing laboratory closed the first half of the year with a 32 % increase in turnover, compared to the weighted figures obtained in 2022. As of June 30, 88 clients from 5 continents had already placed their trust in Dermaclaim’s in vitro and clinical services, with 52 % of turnover corresponding to ingredient manufacturing clients and 48 % of turnover corresponding to final product manufacturers.
“This increase in business volume confirms that we are doing things right and that our activity is useful for our clients, since in addition to winning new clients all over the world, we have a high recurrence rate, so that the same clients come back to rely on our services to evaluate the effectiveness of new products,” comments Project and Quality Manager Daniel Molina. “It is also important to emphasize that we remain fully committed to quality, which is reflected in the implementation of new protocols that ensure the traceability of the entire study process, as well as the reduction of the inherent variability of in vitro and clinical studies. In the ISO 9001:2015 follow-up audit, carried out in July, we did not obtain any Non-Conformity, which further reinforces our commitment to quality.”
In order to continue with the growth and development process, the company will be present at Cosmetorium Barcelona at Booth 314 (October 18-19) and at InCosmetics Asia Bangkok at Booth A60 within the Spanish Pavillion (November 7-9), to continue to introduce its efficiency and functionality testing services to old and potential new customers.
